Rajin buat essay 🌝

We must have a balanced diet for our health. Because a person's health is very important. We can follow the food pyramid balanced. With this we can take care of our daily diet. We also need to take food with moderation. For someone who is not active, they need to take food with quantities less than those who are inactive.


.Next, we must always work to revitalize ourselves. With exercise we get a lot of benefits. Ideally, we should exercise every day. If you are not able to work out every day, you can also work out twice a week or once a week.



In addition, our body also needs rest. After we perform physical activities that we must get enough rest. But we can not sleep more than eight hours because the brain can not run smoothly and intelligently.


As a teenager, which emphasize a healthy lifestyle, one precaution of doing things that are not healthy is to stay away from social problems, drug addicts, smokers and items that contribute to negative.


In conclusion, we must adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to keep ourselves from getting high-risk disease.

Sorry lah kita takda πŸš— nak pergi tgok awa kt sana 😒 dh lama tak tgok awa goalkan uhm. Dah la Tuari training pun kita tak dtg . 😫😫😫😫😫😫😫😫menyesalnyaaaaaaa.
