We must have a balanced diet for our health. Because a person's health is very important. We can follow the food pyramid balanced. With this we can take care of our daily diet. As a teenager, which emphasize a healthy lifestyle, one precaution of doing things that are not healthy is to stay away from social problems, drug addicts, smokers and items that contribute to negative.


In conclusion, we must adopt a healthy lifestyle in order to keep ourselves from getting high-risk disease.
